I will miss my good friend Salvatore. I saw him just recently and he was not looking well. We shared some sushi and talked of the old Warhawk days, and I stooped down to put my arm around his shoulders and said "Sal, whatever happens, if you can't beat this thing, I will carry on your legacy in any way possible".  RIP, Sal.
