So after reading everything here as well as several PMs I see no reason as to Pete's disqualification other than samo does not want him to win. (Which is a shame because you seem like a nice person) however I can not condone something like this and you should feel ashamed of yourself.

I apologize if my words seem harsh, but after seeing some of the exhanges made and seeing the facts, it's abysmal how much of a lack of honor is present.

I respect what you are doing with this contest, but I cannot respect your choice in how you run it, which is ironic because you are going against your own terms in the contest.
