I loved Uncharted 1, and 2 was really good. I have had Uncharted 3 since June and still have not played it, I will once I get bored of Starhawk and need to take a break from it probably.
All 4 One I found really bad, I tried to play it with my kids but it just feels I dont know pointless or something.
Ratchet and Clank:Tools of Destruction was my first R&C game(well got it for my wife) And I found it had something special.
The game felt smooth to play and had a fast response, no motion blur and just over-all great visuals.
That was the game where Insomniac decided higher FPS did not translate into higher sales and stated they would no longer make game at 60FPS. It was the first nail in the coffin for what was my favorite game developer.
Then Resistance 3 not including the revolutionary Coop I loved in Part 2 was the next, then Resistance 3 going in the reverse direction for online MP player counts was the third. Part 1 had 40 player online, part 2 had 60 player online, part 3? I think has what 16 player online? I was hoping for something MAG-ish like 100 player online matches.
The last straw for me is them announcing they will leave us and start making multiplatform games. I held hope this would mean that finally PS3 would have superior versions of multiplatform games, We will see.
So for me ND trumps Insomniac but its still a close race between them and GG, I am hoping the last of Us is the final word which cements ND in the top spot where they belong to be. The Uncharted games have so much love and innovation to them, I just know the Last of Us will be fantastic both graphically and in its story, I have been wrong before.

I`ve been playing: MAG, Star Hawk, sometimes DUST514 (weekly), LBP2 lv creator and hanging out with freinds and especilly I`ve been play BlackLight Tango Down (PS3), after playing the free full game 20 minute trial (demo) I was hooked and got the full game for $4.99
since I like it so much and highly advice you try out the demo I`ll tell you some stuff that you won`t have to worry about theese things as much in this game compared to other games:
base ravaging: you have protective walls and romms where you can be safe that are protect by sevral invincible ATs for protectiong, you also sometimes gt ammo refill (plz don`t stay back in base and throwing nades, try to gian asmuch map as possible). if someguy is beeting you with a better gun find his or another persons dead body (it disipears but the gun stays longer) and pick it up, always entertaining to kill someone with their own gun.
game contains:
13 MP maps. 16 players 7-8 game modes.
4 co-op maps.1 mode 3 diffucultys 1-4 players (you can play solo).
4x revolvers, 5 9mm pistals, 5 45mm pistals, 6 LMGs, 6-7 Sniper Rifles, 8-9 Assualt Rifles, 8-9 SMGs, 8 Shotguns, 16 armor/suits, 40ish cemoes/skins. 1 gold trophy, 4 silver, 6ish bronze.
tryout the demo allready!

Well put. If you haven't yet, pick up R&C Collection. Going Commando and Up Your Arsenal are both GREAT games and R&C 1 was the basis of those 2. ToDestruction was such a fantastically made game. I beat it 100% just for the fun of it. Truly enjoyable. All 4 One was terrible as you said. UC, I don't know I just never really had the undeniable urge to pick up UC3 and I am sure it is a great game but I have a feeling it is the s ame gameplay rehashed as the first 2. Resistance went backwards for sure. R2 MP was significantly more enjoyable than KZ2 was, but KZ3 looked like it improved (even if it didn't, your call) where as R3 looked like it dumbed down what made R2 awesome (or completely abandoned it all together!)
Nice post.

Recently I was playing (and cleared):
- Armored Core V
- Dark Souls DLC
- Dead Space
At the moment, I'm also playing
- Catherine (it went on hold when Dark Souls came out)
- Way of the Samurai 4
- Super Robot Taisen (the GBA game)

I'm still not playing anything else for a while now.
I've tried several new games, like recently gave Resident Evil 6 a shot, but they were all really boring and clunky to me.
I will be giving FarCry 3 a chance when it comes out, simply because FarCry has always had an amazing map editor that brings so much creativity and variety into the game. I just hope that some of the crummy mechanics they plopped into FarCry 2 get smoothed out for this installment. I also wish they wouldn't keep moving towards the Modern Warfare clone-mold, but it looks like they have already done so. My fingers are crossed, but I'm still not as excited about anything as I have been for Starhawk.

Too many acronyms in this thread for the casual gamer.
I've been playing NFS-MW lately :-) That's Need For Speed Most Wanted... pretty cool if you're into racing games. It's basically Burnout Paradise 2.
NFSMW has intrigued me. Will be picking it up for 30 at the BB BFS. ICWTPI. I remember the first one for the PS2 and WPSWSC.
NFSMW = Need for Speed Most Wanted
BB = Best Buy
BFS = Black Friday Sale
ICWTPI = I can't wait to play it
PS2 = Playstation 2
WPSWSC = Winning Pink Slips Was So Clutch

Well I actually like the KZ2 competitive online much better then Resistances Competitive online.
But Resistance has the Online coop which ranks among some of the best online gaming I have ever had.
KZ3 online I found felt like COD, KZ2 had that feeling of weight and momentum, didnt feel like some speed freak on roids raging all over the place. I love the aiming and overall controls in KZ2, many hated that is didnt feel like COD so beggeds the game devs to change it and of course they did.
The best thing about KZ3 is the 3D and Move support, IMO. KZ2 is still the best looking game I have ever played for real time graphics, that with the authentic feel make it an unbeatable legend of the shooter genre in my books.
I hate to admit it but I think I feel the same way about Uncharted 3, and its likely why I have put if off for so long. (I dont want to prove its boring or the same so I avoid it to honor its memory in some weird way)

Oh, don't get me wrong I agree KZ2 was a better shooter than KZ3, and I agree competitive wise KZ2>R2, however OVERALL R2 trumps. KZ2's shortly lived competitive was due in part because of the quick level system. I think I hit the max rank in a week of playing it. Great game, and played it this past weekend.
I agree. UC and UC2 were experiences and I hope to give UC3 the same opportunity, despite the insurmountable odds that it will be a rehash, I hope I can live that game the same way I lived the first and second.
