Eh, we're building a new house. All the windows are that fancy schmancy coated glass.
The upstairs of our current home will soon be someone else's problem. 
I'll just be excited to have the PS3 and the 'good' tv in the living room, instead of upstairs where its hotter than HELL in the summer.
