I did a bunch of mission videos myself. It does show the game off well. I'll repost them to my YouTube channel once I'm done with some other projects.
May I suggest that you turn off in-game notifications of friends coming online and offline while recording. Just a pet peeve of mine and takes you out of the game each time that pop-up comes on-screen.
Other than that the gameplay looks great.
Harvest Season is one of my favorite missions as well. The "Train Robbery" is also a good showcase since it has everything. Jetpacks, tons of Hawk play and then there's the defense of the Albatross with it's epic ending.
Glad your video caught the same skipping during cut-scenes as mine always have. It must be background loading of the next mission that hangs it up at key spots during playback.
