Hey guys,

I was just wondering, is there anything that the pistol is good for in the MP? It seems like it can't do anything that one of the more common weapons can't do better...

Does anyone know?

Fill up a weapon slot? They had 8 weapon slots to fill, but only 7 weapons.  Someone's idea of filler...

Getting a fancy forum rank is the only reason I see for having it in the game.

what i have learned to do is memorize where the pistol is on each map, in EVERY location, that way you know when your in need of a weapon to kill an enemy with, you can avoid those places..

last wednesday it was good for earning yourself a special name on the forums if you killed me with it during the community event

Other than that is fairly useless in the multi-player.
