ya you right you can snap lock with the kinetic rifle and bunny hop around the bank. noone could kill you unless swat shows up with jetpacks and rpgs, then you are in trouble. But if that happens that is why your get away will be in a hawk and you can cluster bomb them. Unless of course they have flak turrets up then you could be in a pickle
