Move for Starhawk would suck. The first detraction is that there simply aren't enough buttons for the motion controls to replace the controller, even with the extra nunchuck thingy.
I was very excited about Move until I had spent more time with it. The worst part of move is that it actually doesn't have any true pointing function. I know it seems like it does, but it doesn't. Let me explain:
The Wii points with two IR beams coming directly out of the remote which are read by the sensor bar. That is why the Wii pointing is as accurate as a laser pointer but can still be adjusted and calibrated.
The Move controller only uses the glowing globe and the camera to detect the 2-dimensional position of the controller in relation to the TV screen. After that, when you go through calibration, it is using the magnetometers to determine how much you've moved your controller aim in any given direction to figure out where you are pointing. This is why you have to calibrate the pointing every single time and it still loses it's aim calibration if you point way off screen or change positions on the couch.
The point controls for Wii FPS/TPS games were amazing, accurate and gave a great sense of immersion. The Move on FPS/TPS is simply sloppy and frustrating. Imagine how bad it would be in a game like Starhawk, which relies so heavily on lightning reaction times?
