We all remember the day when we heard/saw that the hawks would transform into walking mechs, and we all related it to transformers.  So as I was looking at the pics in this thread it hit me... Starformers!

Plus with some of the pics (2,3,4), there is a bit of symbolism thrown in there for kicks.
