But i don't see anyone here heckling him about what if he gets a tie?

Why isn't gow/originalgoat/lbipete/entertrollaltnamehere not in this contest as any of his aliases?

Also, why hasn't anybody called him out for not having anything in his guidelines accomodate for ties?

Gow is is in this contest, he turned a starhawk picture blue.

You need to let this thing go, it's getting tired.  You want to hate GOW by all means go ahead (he deserves it, ask eViL how to make him cry), but stop dragging everyone else and their attempts to do things into it.  When you take the attitude "No matter who gets hurt along the way"  you start to look llke you are an overly emotional HS girl.
