Nah manly. Not at all. I was just saying that to clear up any confusion over that sig.

I like how SweetPoison deleted my defense of Manly's sig entry AND the language in the rules that made it eligible.

Nice work SweetPoison. There's a future in Rhode Island politics for you!

Wait, Ballz' current sig was accepted or are you talking about his 'Gangnam Style' one?

It was his XMB kick one. I think it was the very first one in the thread.

That's interesting...MVPs can't delete anyone's (even their own) posts...

He/she can edit his/her own post and email a mod about what he/she perceives as being a reportable off-topic post, requesting that it be deleted (which a mod will do without asking questions 9 times out of 10). Of course, reporting every perceived off-topic post on the boards would pretty quickly drop the activity on this particular forum to 3 posts per day.... and my post was on topic. :smileyhappy:

Re: Starhawk Signature Contest January 2013

Am I the only one that finds it weird that a mod moved a Warhawk thread to the Unit 13 forums?

Actually...no.

The mods treat their reports exactly the same as ours; they read them and decide if it needs editing or a delete. They don't blindly follow orders from an MVP.

You break the rules, you'll get edited or deleted if its reported. If you don't want to be moderated, follow the rules. Stop blaming others for your mistakes

EDIT: Also, mods can see edits, and exactly what has and hasn't been edited...so editing out objectionable content doesn't always save you from moderation...and editing your posts to try to avoid moderation, but reporting another for something similar can still get you a warning.
