Your weapon can be as OP or underpowered as you want!
Example:
Name: rift hunter
Ammo capacity: same a MAW
Clip size: same as MAW
Description: this gun looks like a giant tube. It has a thermo scope at the side. The gun shoots mini hawks out of it. The mini hawks fly around the map and swoop down to pick people up. Once the hawk picks someone up, it carries them off the map and eats them. The mini hawks can be shot down by a MAW.

NOTE: The MONSTER was originaly planned to be released with 1.06: The patch that included 10 upgrades per structure, 24 Maps, Including a new Zoro Gravity map and 2D XMB map(has a kick to it), 6 new game modes, option to ban 45+ minutes rooms, option to have 32v32s, and the new Destroyer Tower(destroys all players/sructructures on the map{even friendlies}).
OH, and a new form of XMB kick that erases your friends and trophies.
