My starhawk online pass is purchased in the playstation store, but doesn't take effect after downloading it and installing it and is stuck in a loop where I load the game, install the online pass, go back to the game and asks for online pass again. The online pass installs without any error codes. I have tried -reinstalling the game -installing the online pass before and after installing the update -repairing the file system -restarting the console I am using the same PSN account The game and my PSN account are both region 1 This is not a problem with a voucher code not working. I am using the correct online pass, for retail copy Sony support was no help and just told me it is not their problem and it is the developers fault.
