I know that Cutter drops down buildings for the Rifters....... BUT WHAT ABOUT THE OUTCASTS!!!! WHO DROPS DOWN THE BUILDINGS!!!!! IS IT THAT DRAGON THING???? IS THERE AN OUTCAST SHIP?
Outcast stole rifter razorbacks and such and modified them to look all outcast style... Why wouldn't they go hijack some drop ship and make it look all outcast style too!
The real question is if the Outcast are made out of rift can they cut off body parts to build stuff? Or where in the world does the rift go on the rifters?
