You'll also notice your icon in tr minimap turns yellow when you talk. Test it through the settings.

Oh and little known fact: when you talk and your icon turns yellow there's a little red smile face in the middle which can barely be made out. Stupid useless SH fact

Really, there is nothing worse than someone with a mic on that has screaming kids, nagging girlfriends, crying babies, loud music and barking dogs in the background.

Now if more people would see the benefit of "push to talk" some people wouldn't have been banned for airing their frustration over an open mic.
