The Jelloshots are put up at random on those days. The times for that server are at random. Same as Newbie Roomie.
The southern takeover servers are usually put up ontime or earlier. I had it up yesterday (The Goodmornin server) morning, which is early. Not many people joined or saw i was hosting cause no1 was here. I usually host Fridays or Saturdays and i make a thread if i do.
The PsForum server is ALWAYS on time.
So it really depends on what you are looking for. The usuall ontime ones are the Southern Takeover rooms or PsForum. Weekday ones are estimated(usually late at night but not everyday).
You can also make your own servers too and i will happily add them. Cause i like hopping from one room to the next.

This week I have run into a problem of no electricity until thursday most likely...however I do have someone to run the event for me if I can't get on
