Grammar and spelling aside, it is doubtful that any such changes will be forthcoming, since LBI is out of the picture, and SSM is concentrating on other projects.
As pointed out, if you want a manual turret attached to a wall, connect a beam turret to walls on either side of it. Keep in mind, you have a 32-structure limit, though.
Or you could attempt to jump and land a Razorback on top of a wall... of course, a couple of well placed rockets or grenades will ruin your day.

First thanks for that comment Southern next you don't get it I don't want to add on to the wall I want to have an option to upgrade the walls with a turret that is good for infantry and is cheap too. That's what I'm saying and I know that these ideas will never make it to the real game there just ideas.

This was an old idea that my friend and I came up with for the walls in Starhawk. To help with the defense of a base we thought of upgrading walls with manual turretts. If someone gets behind the wall they could still kill you. Think of it like this: we just took the middle piece out and put in the Razorback turret with an added front shield, leaving the back open.
The other idea is mine. It just came to me when posting this thread. Remember playing on the "Harvest Season" mission? Where we had to fight the Outcast for a brief moment indoors? This came to mind... Why not make some maps that are mostly indoor for a change where we can open/close/lock/unlock doors and such and so much more? The size of the maps would be about the size of the Dust Outland map. Stick some things like bridges or structures would be out of reach for vehicles but not for troopers. This way you can get some really interesting maps and battles.
Another idea that just came to mind: Why is spawn area static? What I mean is in maps like the one I just described we could capture mobile rift stations or a control panel, and the area around then would be the area you could spawn at? So in the sense the area that is under your teams control would always be changing like a real battle field! Like the game mode of Zones but with the style of CTF or TDM. This way we could get rid of the spawn beacon, and the area that either side has of the map would be like 90%. The rest would be the battle area that isbeing fought for. Well that's all I got for now.
Tell me if any of that makes any sense to you. Tell me what you think of it. Someone came along and edited it to make it a little easier to read. Here's a link to my other thread:

Now that I have done my jerkwad performance of editing the post so I could make sense of it to myself...
These are all good ideas. And have been discussed at length before. However I know that there is no add ons that will be coming to this game. I enjoy the game I have.
