Well I have many many times and I find it completely unacceptable. I had 1 kick last night and 2 hard freezes which completely **bleep**ed my ps3. I had to take it to get fixed this morning and if it's not worth it I'll be saying goodbye to starhawk because it's too close to Christmas for me to be buying a 4th ps3. Kids and family come first.

Kick to XMB only happens when in a hawk.  So if you play on the ground or even in a jetpack, you're fine.  LBI has to fix the Hawk coding.  I think it has something to do with a time limit.  Seems like after so many minutes of  Hawk time, I'm kicked.  Never timed it, but maybe I should.

95% of the time is in a hawk but I've had it happen numerous times on the ground and even if it was only in a hawk....well..again that would still be completely unacceptable.

Yea I have many posts about it happening. And many responses from Pete saying "you're right and we are working on it" .

XMB insidious not connection issues. That's a whole other boat and that doesn't work for me.

I've never had the XMB kick happen to me. But I remember having my game freeze a bunch of times, more than Skyrim at launch.
