To answer the op's question, for the complaint system to work there has to be someone with authority on the receiving end that gives a bleep. I am afraid that is not the case anymore.

Every one filed a complaint against this kid. But ppl were also saying that filing complaints fall on deaf ears. Is this true? If that's the case, what's the point?

yeah I watched this muppet snipe his splitscreen player over and over, how boring can that be lol

anyway I and a couple of others (sorry cant remember who) took it upon ourselves to disrupt his "fun" as much as possible, we reclaimed his sniper tower as he was sniping, we blocked his ciew with walls, grizzly bashed his face even though we were on the same team as this padder! one of my cohorts even switched to the losing team and sniped this donks **bleep** hahaha!
