Hands down.

It's as close to Silent Hill 2 as any game has come since...Silent Hill 3.

EDIT:

As a side note, let's all hope the next Silent Hill doesn't suck as much as the last few have.  It probably will, but here's hoping.

Bioshock wuz deff one of the best PS3 Horror games. Honestly thats about it as the other horror games jus kinda weren't scary at all for me.

Without a doubt the best horror games on the PS3 is the Dead Space series. Oh my goodness, they are simply amazing. This is the one series that can make me paranoid...

 well  will say  silent hill is best out there..

 But if every heard  of :clock tower" franchise its  pretty creppy and  clock tower 4 might be coming our way. Its a very big rumor

 Also " saw" the video game was ok..

 the rest i wouldnt know.. alot like dead space and bishock..
