the walking dead glitch for episode 2 Brenda

so i was enjoying this game and then i stumbled on a glitch. i was approaching brenda i didn't get the PROMPT to talk to her instead i got shot. so i got the patch for it but no i got the patch for episode 5 so i'm wondering if patch 1.01 fixes episode 2 if not they better fix it like now
