Always Surprising!

[ Edited ]

Each time I come to check on this forum and see what's up I am always surpried at the level of activity here!  For a game that is still so far from release and no active beta or demos out yet there is certainly a LOT of discussion here.

This is a good thing and makes me look forward to the potentially strong community this game is already fostering before it's release!  A strong community can make all the difference with a game, keep it up!

Well, you have to hand it to ND. They've managed to maintain the hype for this game for so long. They've released just enough details to whet our appetites and keep us intrigued, yet they've also held back information on important aspects of the game ( multiplayer, story details etc) so that there's plenty of suprises still left in store. It's a difficult balance to maintain, but I think they've mostly been successful so far.

Been a little since I poked my head in.  I was a little sad when I saw that my Last of Us demo with God of War is pushed back :smileysad:  That's ok though. Take the time to polish it please! They didn't with God of War.

What was wrong with God of War? I picked it up and the single player doesn't appear unpolished to me. Was it the multiplayer?

This is probably the best part of the ND forums, the U3 forums are full of you-know-what, everything else is dead but the TLoU part... i'll miss it when the game actually releases, this place will be full of... hmmm... :smileywink:

I've encountered some pretty nasty audio issues, while playing God of War Ascension..other than that, it's fine.

There were some bugs where the camera angles were stuck at a certain angle. At one point, I couldn't progress in the game because of a bug. Then at other instances, some enemies appeared to be in a part of a map I couldn't actually land on, and once again, I couldn't progress with the game. This game is fun, all in all, but it has so many technical hiccups that are severely game breaking.

Anyway, I honestly can't wait for the demo already. I just cringe everytime I try to access the demo and I see a countdown timer. Haha.
