Thank you very much for all the people assisting me. I was talking with tech support for over an hour, and we cannot find out why it will not appear for me. I assure you, it is NOT there. The only thing we could think of is perhaps the Online Code is not avalable for Canadian residents such as myself. I couldn't even access the webpage online to buy the Online Pass. It said "This page is not avalable", meanwhile the service rep said they could load it just fine.
If anyone has any more ideas, I'd be happy to hear them, as I am confused and at a loss.
