Puzzles Bypass

I doubt there'll be puzzles in this game as it's not that kinda game. However, if there was to be some "problem solving" like the Uncharted puzzles, then I hope there's an OPTION to bypass/turn them off AFTER COMPLETING the game once.

I am also not sure if they have the "Crushing" option either, but I'm guessing they'll defo have it under a different name.

One thing that bothers me about replaying Uncharted is the "slowing down" during the Puzzle bits, I just want a quick run through of the game and since being introduced to the MP I just wanna kill everything in my path and not be stopped just to complete a puzzle I've already done.

This game will have the "kill thrill" factor as it's a zombie type game, so I hope that there is a bypass option AFTER completing the game once IF it does have any puzzle type segments.

Well, as you said, there's unlikely to be many puzzles, except of the traversal or environmental kind ( i.e find something in the area to help reach that ledge). Joel isn't going to be raiding tombs or ancient cities.

I doubt there will be any Uncharted style puzzles. But, yeah I agree with you. Playing through Uncharted is always fun until I have to re-do the same puzzle for the 14th time.

From what we've seen so far though, puzzles in TLou are mainly; FInd the bed, Move the bed, WIN. If they are like that, I don't really need a skip option.

Joel: That's alright. I believe him.

It's kind of funny how you guys wanna almost everything to be 'turnable off'.

It's a good way to please everyone. Most of the stuff posted here doesn't bug me, but I can see how it would bug others. Having a toggle just makes the game more enjoyable for everybody. Smiley Wink

There should be an option to turn Joel's beard off. It's offensive to clean-shaven men.

there are going to be puzzles i think, but not like uncharted.
there will be puzzles like how to continue to the next area, like in the extended demo,

you had to find a ladder and find a way to get it.
I Think stuff like that are going to be the only puzzles in the game.
which in my opinion is great. i sometimes didn't like puzzles in uncharted.
Anyway i don't think there should be a skip puzzle option...

because even how hard en frustrating a puzzle can be, after you solve it. it gives a great feeling of victory!
