How is U3's DLC greedy? It's not even greedy in any way. TF2 does it too. These are ALL optional and adds variety and flavor to the game. They aren't forcing you to buy it.

Valve are greedy too.

ND are greedy because they release stat hats that look terrible as DLC that could only be possibly being bought by the drunk gamers.

They would add something to the game if they looked like they weren't designed by some kid with crayons.

Uncharted 3 was barley "greedy"

The only thing that is miss priced in my mind is the bundle and the F2P

Micro DLC is fine in my mind and not buying it does not greatly take away anything

Confirmed. ND has gotten exponentially greedier since the days of Uncharted 3.

I think DLC is only greedy if a development studio takes away a chunk of the single player and releases it later as DLC. Multiplayer DLC is fine.

You're prediction is... accurate.

EyeCue... They're not greedy, they let you choose to buy them or not. They set their prices. They are, after all, a company that works in the business of games. Naughty Dog's employees have to eat and families to feed. Please stop calling Naughty Dog greedy. You should try to look at it from a business owner point of view.

This "argument" is so melodramatic, not to mention that it's a logical fallacy* as well...

Are you saying that back in 2007-2008 (UDF) they couldn't feed their families? :smileyfrustrated:

Meh, for all we know it could be Sony behind this. I'm not trying to victimize Naughty Dog, but if you compare this situation to other games (I think EA as a whole comes to mind) people will always blame EA and not DICE. Bioware, Visceral games, etc.

No, not at all. But now there are more people working at Naughty Dog.
