What did she trying to say? (Lincoln town)

10 replies 1480 views Edited Jul 8, 2013

After you getting shotgun in church's cellar. You must find battery for car. From the Church you go to school to get battery. House directly in front of the school (There are treehouse in the backyard) Bill asks for help raise the garage door. There are children's room on the second floor.

When Ellie up to the second floor with you, she asks: "Hey, you got a second?" Then she goes into the room and waiting for you there until you come up to her. But when I approached her, Joel said: "Not right now Ellie."

A lot of  times I replayed this moment, but nothing changed. This script? Or am I not correct? And most importantly: what did she mean by that? What did she wanted to say? Anyone gets this dialog? She knowingly went into the nursery.

Why would you spoil it?

anyway, you must be in the room she enters and wait for her to come in, if you're oustide the room when she says it Joel says "not right now".

You can trigger the conversation by already being in the room before Ellie asks you whether you've got a second or not. Then, after she asks you that, a speak bubble will appear above her with the triangle button next to it. Press triangle to start the conversation.

You need to go up stairs, but don't enter the room. Let Ellie enter it first, then you can enage in the optional conversation.
