13th in the world - here's some tips

Hello,

I've just reached 13th in the world and need 144 supplies to continue (for those who are wondering) and I'm week 10. I know its a debatable topic but for those wondering I play raid; medic support always reviving but have a K/D of 4.65~

I just thought I would share some tips that have got me this far, I doubt I will be able to reach 200+ clan members legitimately so I think I will be calling it a day as soon as I break into the top 10 page and then I will be focusing my attention on winning the matches and the raid leaderboard Smiley Wink

Classes

If you want to reach between 100-120 clan members this is what I recommend

- Revolver/Hunting Rifle

- Reviver

- Sharpshooter

- Firstaid

- crafter/collector

a mix and match of any of these perks will boost you up, you can decide on the perk level but if you want a more detailed analysis of this class then drop me a message/pm and I will boot up my factions and let you know.

If anyone wants to reach anything above 120+ members then here is what I suggest;

- Revolver/Semi-auto

- Reviver max

- First Aid Max

Takes about 12 loadout points, I personally use crafter for my last point if I have it, I might eventually ditch the semi-auto for collector to gain more parts.

Explanation

- First Aid max level is the best perk on the game for parts. You can patch up anyone with a medic badge on there nametag and even if there on green health, if you have the max level you can gain anything upto 3 rations on the green health and if there on red health you can gain an excess of 6+ per person (I think of the top of my head).

-Reviver another great perk. Besides from the obvious of helping your team it also grants you some ration points and after reviving a player you can patch them up. I prefer to use max level but you can drop a level down to maximise the first aid perk or to introduce another perk such as collector.

General

You want to be maximising your healing, revives and your downs. It doesn't matter if someone takes your execution all the time as you still get a 2 ration drop anyway althrough I would always recommend a special execution as you gain upto 3 rations for performing it and another 2 on the drop. I also like to drop a player and left him crawl to a teammate so I can smoke and kill both.

Also you want to be hitting the supply boxes everytime. At the start of the round get the first and the second as fast as possible as the second one you get to will almost always drop a melee weapon that you can upgrade to 1 hit kill, bare in mind through make sure you do it as the game is tied as when the game is 20-20 both teams get equal drops and then it differs depending on who's winning (ie the loosing team gets more stuff and parts where as the winning team gets less items)

Questions

If anyone has any specfic questions regarding anything or they need some help/tips just post in here or drop me a line im happy to help.

Before anyone starts judging I have less than 15 hours online playtime on the raid playlist, I don't play all day - only a few hours here and there and Im more interested in completing my survival mode then anything on the story Smiley Wink

ps. sorry if theres spelling mistakes I will look through and correct them.

Regarding the weapons;

You want to upgrade your armor first and then upgrade any of your weapons to an upper level, I prefer the revolver as your fire rate is increased and it doesn't take too much to drop.

The hunting rifle can headshot down unarmored players and the semi auto causes so much weapon sway on another player when you hit them that you can pull of a 3-4 shot down the execute.

Yeah its just mix and match to find the best combo then after that it just comes down to how fast you can pull it of.

Your skill is a key one of course but don't forget the main thing - luck. You want to be part of a team of people that stick together and play as a team, as inevitably your going to get downed and in that 15 second wave spawn anything can happen.

I'm going to kill off my clan of fat Americans and start over and try using your method.  They were eating too much processed and sugary food, they were going to die of diabetes anyways.

@hoodlum

If I had the time I would figure out what I need to do to be first but even through its summer I have priorities. Ibiza has about 250 clan members, he will be a different level of tactics then I am as he has to maintain more than anything.

I know that the supply and survivor rescue bring in a dump of clan members too and if you choose a mission with high requirements you can get an important 10% part booster.

I've been playing Medic a lot.    I am not a particularly good shooter.  But people who are better in a fight fight better when they're healthy, and I can do that, easily.
