Re: 9MM vs Revolver

I stick with the revolver. In fact, it's the only weapon in my regular loadout. The 9mm has its advantages with the pain wobble effect, but I think it needs a silencer to reach its full potential. After that, it's no longer a free weapon.

Even though I've used both handguns, I switched to the 9MM on my loadout with no large firearm for a few matches and it did not work out. Relying on the pain wobble effect didn't do much for me.

As someone said, it's just a suppression weapon or to pick off weak enemies. Takes too many bullets to put someone down.

I have been using the silenced 9mm. It gets the job done.

Revolver.

Silenced 9mm is better for stealth but I just use my primary weapon for stealth.

Revolver is far better, especially if you upgrade it. The 9mm needs an accuracy buff IMO and/or the Revolver should cost 1 loadout point.

You honestly can just use the Revolver as you main weapon and do really well.

What's your FREE small firearm of choice and why?

I mostly use the revolver on loadout kits with no large firearms due to its damage and balanced stats but I may switch to 9MM. Reason why I might change to it is because while it may not have the damage like Revolver, anyone not using Sharpshooter perk will experience constant pain wobbles due to the rate of fire 9MM has.

i hate the way handguns feel on this game, shooting mechanics are slow and clunky, not for me and its my friends who are are big shooter vets who also agree and said the same things i did, and they are really good at shooters too. this game didnt take off with any of us last night, not our thing, just saying... i wish it was

Just the handguns? Youre a better man than me. Smiley LOLhaha

I'm pretty sure they made this feel on purpose. Because you aren't playing as trained marksman and whatnot. And the game is supposed to be slower-paced in the first place. Besides I felt no difference with aiming, you point and shoot + there is pain/scope wobble to add to the needed accuracy of the weapon.

Yup.

Revolver all the way for me, I use it as my main wepon 80% of the time, even at long range it's a beast!

I prefer the revolver. I actually like the mechanics of all the weapons. They actually operate more like the real thing as opposed to a shooter title that takes certain "liberties" with mechanics.
