It doesn't take but a few days for someone to get good in the Last of Us if your experienced with similar shooters. Not to mention, a lot of people are coming from Uncharted 2 and 3.
Since the game came out on friday some people had the entire weekend to play multiplayer nonstop, like me.
From my experience, I do feel bow is OP. I've seen entire teams taken out in an instant, up close and far away. I don't think one should say it requires skill because it's the only weapon to have a ''Laser sight''. But let's not rush to conclusions.

Maybe they should make the line fade into transparency, instead of solid white? The further the line "would" be, the lighter it becomes. Now about that circle at the end... no clue.

When your a seasoned player on a game and you see new players doing "noob things", I got news for you-- we are all there right now.
Lets not jump the gun and ruin this game with nerf and buff threads.
