I've experienced, far too many times, joining a game when it is over half way done. There is simply not enough time to gain the necessary supplies. This is extremely annoying because you unfairly lose dozens of survivors this way. So I've come up with two potential solutions.
a. Remove late joins (not the best options, because joining games when there are 16+ reinforcements is fine)
b. Lower the supply quota depending on how late in the game it is.
There's my two cents about late joins.

1. Increase late join bonus.
2. In game if you join late, give you extra parts (500-1000) so you can either get atleast one upgrade or armour.

Late Join should not exist in any game.
why do people leave? Because they were losing.
Result: Someone else gets the unenjoyable experience. It's never a good thing.
Still have to address quitting in a way to make late joins pointless though. Even though they kind of already are.
Anyone who late joins the games that I'm in usually bails within a second of appearing.

Missions should not count for late joins. That's a pretty simple fix.
Also, the game should give them a huge supply bonus if they stay till the end. I guarantee you that most people will stop quitting.

nope, not good enough. Ever gone into a game with a 9mm pistol, everyone has armour, second round upgrades, your team has 8 lives left. No chance of a shootout.
Solution, auto armour : or you get the average parts of your team straight up.
I got put in a survivors game last night with 1 life left, same deal, no armour weapon upgrades, and had 35 hungry from the game. Seriously!!!

yes i agree with tapantaola missions shouldnt be include in late games and they should give a lot of supplies in the end some guys like me i need to give per game 105+ supplies how will i get them if the enemy has fully update their weapons and they have armors and molotovs.
