Only like the scavenger 2 idea where the boxes respawn faster. I really think that would make a great skill. However, anything else that will decrease effectiveness of other skills/implements of the game is a defiantly no for me. The crouching to be undectedable by nail bombs is a maybe in my opinion.

 

Ultimately, the scavenger 2 idea really got my attention.

Scrambler 1- People near by (range of strategist 2) cant ise listen mode - 1
Scrambler 2- The range is increased- 3
Scrambler 3- Marked enemies cannot use listen mode- 4

It would appear like trying to mark someone with covert 3

Exotic1234 has scrambled your hearing.... something like that.

People would just run strategist more often if this was put into the game. Then that one guy who complained about how OP strategist is would have a fit.

Neck Cover:

 

Level 1 (2 points): protects your neck when someone hits you with a modded 2x4. (It will protect you once, the next time you can be down by a modded 2x4.)

Level 2 (3 points): protects your neck when someone hits you with a modded 2x4 and scissors break once they hit you.

It's not a new skill, but I'd like to see the Axe added as a new melee weapon. It automatically gives you two one hit executions (you could have some cool chop-off-head executions). If upgraded it gives you one additional execution and costs 4 loadout points.

Defuser sounds like the ultimate payback...

 

Just imagining a scenario with the molotovs... an opponent chucks his last molotov at my character, but my character catches the bottle, drinks it, then blows a fireball back, "toasty!"

How about a skill to revive yourself maybe once per spawn, and then twice with the upgraded skill, it would take a good amount of time and maybe the upgrade would decrease the time a bit, and of course if the enemy got to you first your dead

I want a bag of hats you use like shivs. 

 

You sneak up on an enemy hit triangle and put a hat on his head.
