The Last of Us Patch 1.07 Multiplayer New Maps Discussion

Post your thoughts on the new maps that arrived with Patch 1.07.

  • Water Tower
    • Set in Lincoln, PA, the Water Tower map features two primary chokepoints for some deadly face-to-face confrontations. It's mainly an outdoor map with a few indoor areas and some very unique lighting. It might seem open but it's really a tight map that's perfect for close quarters melee.
  • Capitol
    • Set in Boston, the Capitol Map features indoor and outdoor gameplay. It encourages the intelligent use of flanking.
  • Coal Mine
    • Set in Colorado, Coal Mine is a winter map that is spotted with abandoned buildings. It's a spacious map that has long lines of sight and a bridge that's a perfect perch for snipers. The dynamic snowstorm obscures the view so be on your toes.
  • Wharf
    • Set in the rusted-out docks where Joel encountered Robert, the Wharf map features close quarters gameplay, two snipers nests, and a giant boat. It's full of good opportunities for climbing, flanking and stealth.

K ..so we got the patch with the weapons,

skills and Grounded SP mode that are playable,

but it seems that the Reclaimed Maps

are also there but Not accessible due to they are not yet in the playstation store!

(Australia).

Just wondering when we will be able to have them available and access to them!!?

Loving the new maps! Nice to have some change from maps now. Smiley Tongue I've only been able to play on Water Tower in a public lobby so far. Smiley Sad However, this doesn't mean I didn't enjoy the map though! Smiley Happy

To everyone who worked on the Wharf Map, wow most detailed and refined map in videogame history.

Wharf and Watertower are my favorite.

I like Capitol, but it's huge and that's what she said. The swans Smiley Sad

I don't like Coal Mine (no offense)!

Interrogation mode is terrible in Coal Mine, one Safe Box is out in the open in a terrible position, while another one has rocks, trucks, and a building for protection. Not fair!

I love em all, Capitol is my favorite,

Wharf is beautiful (albeit a bit cramped).

Coal Mine great, I love the weather effects Smiley Very Happy

Watertower is like a paintball map, cover everywhere , plus it's based on my favorite part of the story so thats a plus.

I think they're both equally as good honestly.
