Looks like it missed it for the PS3, but still on schedule for 360.

for **bleep**'s sake. why can't any of these devs just make a game that doesn't end up being delayed or has a crappy frame rate? insomniac sure as hell didn't have a problem with it.

I think Insomniac got a head start somehow (dev kits early perhaps?), they seem to be the only dev that has made a solid ps3 game, and they are one of Sonys "personal" developing team that only makes games for them....Insomniac got favored somehow,  Im not trying to take anything away from Insomniac here, but its just to weird that they are the only ones making a solid game  with virtually no problems and they just so happen to only make games for Sony.

Imsoniac I'm sure had a head start compared to third party developers.  Think about what your asking.  I'm willing to bet the reason why COD3 is having frame rate issues is because the developers did a half ass job porting it to the PS3 from the 360.  The developers just wanted to get it out to cash in on the launch title cash cow.  I don't mind the delay as long as the end result is a product of quality that does not lag or have frame rate issues.  I'd rather it be delayed than come out like shiet because of a rush job.

I expect most if not all muliplatform games coming out during the launch window to be crap.  You can't expect much work has been commited to a ported game, especially ones that are pushed and forced out during the launch window.
