Second, as a Reaper, you have access to the best AA regen rate, so it shouldn't be an issue since you shield 4 seconds long and another recharges within like 20 seconds each and every rate. You can run around shielding hits and all.
If that Shadow hit you with the special, then that is all on you and you should accept that as something you would need to improve on. Each vehicle has its range and effectiveness. Shadows are more dangerous in that time of situation in close range, but once you know what you're working with, you can pretty much win those fights.
If you're fighting a Shadow with three specials stacked, then you can't blame the car since that's the player's choice to abuse stacking specials. It's no different when a Vermin/ Meat Wagon or any other car does the same thing. And yes, Reaper has an animation skip that lets him fire off three quick chainsaws that are faster than fire missiles. So, you're pretty much shooting very accurate versions of chainsaws that move very fast and fire instantly. Doesn't that let you throw those at people like nothing for easy 120 and 40 damage every 20 seconds, without an issue with range?

i like the damage boost on weapons and buffing of vehicles but you guys made the game being played worse.. just have freezed 3 times in a row.. not to mention the laggg in game and the freezing which before this **bleep** update never happened...

These additional tweaks are now live.
JUGGERNAUT HP went from 550 back to the original 700hp.
JUNK YARD DOG new tweak makes it harder for him to escape a freeze. He is now in between the FREEZE BREAKOUT SPEED of Tooth and Vermin.
REMOTE BOMB has a longer respawn time now- more like a power missile. This was the only tweak for REMOTE BOMB that seemed to take hold across net games that we felt could help in making the weapon less cheap (i.e. could not adjust hit points, could not adjust the homing).
SHADOW- we've lowered damage on STAGE 1 for ALT of Shadow to see if it nerfs the 'save up 3 and spam them all' tactic many folks seemed to be complaining about.
