what happened is right, this is one of the few games i bought new because i loved the old one so much.  imagine my disappointment when i brought it home. i put it down until last week, i sign on and still no online play....none at all.  is this game still broke or did we just give up?

every time i try to get into any room it said netweork faild to conect

Does it hang for a couple seconds before it gives the error? Or is it instant as soon as you join?

If its instant, you'll need to put your ps3 in a DMZ. You can google how to do it.

I have also been playing since February, February 15th to be exact cause my girlfriend wouldn't  let me play on Velentines Day.

I too have been able to get into games all hours of the day any day of the week.

This is definitely a user error and has nothing to do with the game.

Your probably just in the sugested filter You should press r2 and go to all games.

@aoo9 first go yo game data utility in the xmb and erase the update then redownload it.
if that dosnt work then go into ps3 safe mode and choose options 3 and 4

no i just tryed that and it didn't work it when i try to join any room  i w8 few sec then it tell me network error occurred

Oh alright well in the lobby select screen to the far right you will see the signal strength. A 100 signal is preatty bad a 150 signal strength is good but the best are the 300 signal strengths. I know theese numbers dont make common sence but ehh thats how it is. Maybe try upgrading your internet speed
