I'm going to go look for a video of it. (If it actually was, then ND is tricking us into thinking they had new water for U3 but this isn't true).

The water WAS like that! **bleep** ND!! The water in the U3 boat scene was NOT NEW!!!

I agree, but in U2 it is pretty close, even though it's scripted.
