Not able to access the chapters in Uncharted 2

I have completed Uncharted 2 twice but i am not able to access all the chapters. It goes back to only showing Chapter 1. This is so frustrating. How can i access all the chapters ? Unlike Uncharted 1 where all chapters are unlocked for me to play.
