System restart when exiting the game

Hi,

 

Lately, when I exit the game while in the start menu by pressing the PS button on the controller and choosing Quit game in the XMB, I get the black screen with the "Please wait..." message. However, nothing happens and after a few seconds the system restarts with three beeps from the console. This has happened to me several times in a row now.

 

Any idea what could be causing it?

This has happened to me before but not as much as several times in a row but i'd really like to know whats causing it too maybe the system overworking cause my old computer use to restart when it overworked?
