Constant Freezing....

34 replies 397 views Edited Feb 10, 2013

I am playing scrims right, and as some may know, I lag a decent amount. However, today for some odd reason the maps never loaded and I was stuck at 33%. I unplug my ethernet cable and it freezes. When I get back on, I still cannot load the match, so I sign out and then the predictable happens...Ifreeze... This happened in pubs too.

Try being Lobby Leader, it is most likely connection problems. For pubs you are out of luck as you don't get to choose who hosts.

@Asraik The only problem with that is that he may disconnect the whole game.

Even if that's not the case, a laggy host will reduce the game responsiveness (i.e. laggy weapon/grenade pick ups) for everyone.

I was just suggesting to him how to fix it, I never said it'd help anyone else >w> Less he wants to get better internet or they make dedicated server you won't get much of a better solution. Try changing lobby leaders around (not you, but someone else who has a connection to you.)

The hosts gets kicked right away when he gets the white plugs. Other players can have plugs for longer than 10 seconds. So yes the risk is a lot higher.
