Facebook feature

25 replies 22 views Edited Apr 19, 2011

I do not think that the Facebook feature is a good idea. The additional items that you can dust off one is forced to use Facebook. Some want to keep their true identity (name, etc.)
I have also normal friends on Facebook. What will the think of a time when you post the whole finds any ^ ^

What do you think? Hold it there for much meaning?
The text here was translated from German to English (with Google Translator) because there is not a German forum. So Single pair may be misspelled in the text.

I think it is a cool feature but I will certainly not be using it.

For one, I would rather people knew me as 'samuelcd1997' rather than my full name with a picture alongside it.

And considering 90% of my facebook friends I know in real life, if every other post is "Samuel just levelled up in Uncharted 3", "Samuel got the Afterlife Medal in Uncharted 3", "Samuel purchased red tshirt in Uncharted 3", not only will it feed my friend's news feeds, but its gonna look kinda dumb. I mean, Facebook is for talking about real life and interactinng with friends, but whats the point when my wall is just Uncharted 3 stuff.

Again, considering all my friends hate Uncharted, well it aint gonna do a lotta good there.

I'm looking forward to the facebook integration.

USA Today:

"We're trying to create unique stories every time you play, to continue this feeling of a familiar and close-knit community, sort of like how Facebook already operates when friends upload photos and videos of their travel or parties," he says. "We're not just updating your wall with basic things happening in the game."

I hoped the Twitter integration for U2 would be returned at some point.  The plans that have been revealed for facebook go far beyond what they proposed in U2.

I think it will be fun!  :smileyhappy:

As long as I have to activate the function from the game and it doesn't automatically update without my permission ND can do what they want with it. I haven't seen any game us this feature correctly yet and I have no intention of using it myself.

It's not like they're gonna force you to use it. Either do, or don't.

I won't be.
