Glitches in 2012 - SPECIAL 2013 EDITION!

I've just played through UC3 and found a number of problems - among them sound skipping and cutting out completely in some sections (cutscenes and gameplay) something like you'd expect from a scratched CD not a brand new game... along with enemies not spawing correctly (I had no way out of the cruise ship ball room thanks to the last sniper not being there at all) and the biggest one of all: in the chapter before the cruise ship (called Rough Seas I think) there's a part where you fight on small boats and need to use the RPG, during which the sea vanished completely and turned into a plain red place holder of some kind with no textures. One of the enemies also turned invisible leaving only his guns...

 

So is there any reason for this besides pushing the hardware further than UC2? And what is the reason this hasn't been fixed after this amount of time? I can understand other areas like the main narrative in the third act that didn't have time to be developed fully if things were rushed and that can't be patched .... but this kind of technical issue should not really be present in a flagship PS3 title.

They doesn't compare to the ultimate glitch: THE SPINING RING OF DEATH!!!!!!!

C'mon guys we need to do something! They just can't pretend the gamers are not experiencing those issues! 
Spread the message that ND doesn't care about their fans, the buyers.

So this is still alive and well. I am just going to record all the technical failings here, this long after release. So far:

 

Cut scene where they find the 2nd knight's tomb bugs out and the lip sync stops working.

 

When you solve the puzzle with the guy getting speared the music starts cutting out and skipping.

 

During the second area of the Abducted chapter, intead of jumping from a grenade Drake sank into the floor of a boat up to his waist, and stayed there until being shot to death. There are also a bunch of carboard boxes that have the wrong shadow or no shadow just before you push the box to climb the crane.

So is the wall of silence all we get? I mean I never got the endless ring or that thing where Salim never appears to rescue you... are these problems acceptable? Are the huge updates only for multiplayer, because that's all that matters now?
