- No PowerPlays

- Everyone starts with the same weapon

- No loadouts

- Free DLC maps just like Killzone: Shadow Fall, and charge for other DLCs

- No silly head items/microtransactions, customisation should be built into the game right when it ships

- Co-op campain would be awesome

No loadouts was a great addition to UC3 & it should stay. 

You want free DLC?? Then microtransaction is going have to cover that cost.

What needs to be done on Multiplayer: (Copy/Pasted this from the other thread I posted in)

 

- More Hitboxes on body

- Unique character selection that goes with the Uncharted universe.

- Remove loadouts,kickbacks,powerplays and try new things that focus on fun instead of gimmicks. Go with the UC2 formula and improve from it.

- Focus on Co-op and community more

- A free2play / microtransaction model that actually offers value instead of complete nonsense.   

- New maps instead of rehash maps.

- No aim assist

- No RNG (Random # Generator)  Treasures... should be aquired by skill not luck.  i.e. Earned by finding Hidden Treasures in secret areas, puzzles, doing speedruns, killing certain enemies by difficulty. For Example.

- Focus on making unique maps. Like with the water or airplane map in UC3. (Try something insane to draw people in)  

- Better Servers and matchmaking, people buy a PS4 because it should do what the PS3 can't do. 

- Co-op to have better Level Design along with unique/different enemies,  please no more bullet sponges.  My Favorite Co-op map from UC3 was The Fort and in UC2 was Sanctuary, now you know why...  

- Level design where you can interact with the enviroment, For example:  Can blow out a wall with an RPG/Grenade to make a shortcut.  Or where the map is placed in a storm and buildings are collapsing, I don't know...  just placing ideas...

 

My overall opinions with the Multiplayer games

 

Uncharted 2 was partly ruined because of the 1.05 patch.

Uncharted 3 was ruined because of inbalances on Kickbacks/powerplays. To this day I enjoy Classic mode more than any mode to be honest.   Also it's rehash DLC and pointless Microtransactions disappointed the community in some regards. Co-op wasn't that great in my opinion even from the beta.  Though competitive was alright besides some of the crappy modes. 

 

Both Multiplayer games are fun when you have PSN Buddies.   However I really do believe that Uncharted PS4 can take a huge leap this time around, the predecessors were both great games but theres a whole lots to potential to be even better.  

 

Please Naughty Dog take this game to whole new level in Multiplayer.  Make people remember this title ten years from now.

All I want is HC mode but no PWs. That way, it's 100% no BS.

Not necessarliy. Killzone: Shadow Fall devs released Co-op as paid DLC and kept all maps free, while still not going with the microtransactions model.

Add bonuses // a single player store back to Uncharted just as UC2 was.


I loved being able to play as different characters in single player, using cheats, etc.... in Uncharted 2's story. I think that would give the story more replay value.

I'm not sure why this wasn't included in Uncharted 3.

We were actually talking about this in the DeFy chat and a few of the ideas that came up were pretty good.

- Uncharted 2's fluid aiming and movement mechanics + Assassin's Creed Parkour but slightly toned down.
- No loadouts unless they're perfectly balanced.
- Cinema mode that is better than what Black Ops 2 had.
- No offensive Kickbacks if they return.
- Better Servers and matchmaking.
- No aim assist.
- Extremely customizable custom game options for the competitive players.
- Built in Clan system like Killzone 2 had. No need for extrernal websites that way.
- Free DLC maps just like Killzone: Shadow Fall is doing. Everyone is in the same pool so less lag.
- No Treasure system for unlocks. Just the standard "Rank up to unlock items" formula.
- Customization like Saints Row, but fits into the UC universe.
- Actual dynamic maps. Just an example:



I'll probably add some more to this tomorrow as it's 11:30pm and I need to be heading to bed.

^I agree with everything except with the aim assist part. You got to have SOME aim assist for a console shooter, right?
