So I notice the distinct difference in UC3 & UC2 mainly in the way I play well not how I play more so how my games turn out whenever I play TDM in UC2 I consistanly hit double digits even when playing against veterns but when I play TDM or any competive mode in UC3 I find myself struggling just to keep up I dont know if its me or the game at one point it seem like I was getting better but recently it feels like my skills have diminished a little...is any body else having this problem???

All games have different multiplayer styles whether it be how fluid you can move, how sensitive the camera move, how much a gun can zoom in, etc. It can be little things. Transitioning from one game to another can be hard if it's a big change or if it's something which dramatically weakens your playing style.
For example, I can't play Portal 2 and go back to Uncharted 3 without screwing up and shooting myself instead of the enemy.
As for Tomb Raider, I put the sensitivity on 1 and played with that for a couple of days. Then just today I had a few friends who wanted me to play Uncharted so I went over and they chose a custom T-Bolt and I was on fire. Sensitivity 1 on Tomb Raider and the sensitivity for the T-Bolt is so close together that I found that I was actually better.

on UN2 the health is low so you can kill people easily but the way you can dogde the bullets and avoid its no realistic , however in UN3 the health is so high so it takes many bullets to kill them but for me the gameplay in UN3 is more stable the Power weapon takes a bit more time to respawn unlike UN2 when they respawn every min so you end up playing with a shoot gun or rpg with 7 bullets all the through the game
