I have exactly the same problem, bought it yesterday from SATURN (Germany). code says invalid or you've already used it!!

BCES-01176 is the UK version, so your online pass code is borked for unknown reasons...

well that's just great. is there anyone from ND who can help us on this matter!? Game won't give me another code either. I rang them and they said to take it up with the game developers or PSN.

Were these sealed, unopened copies of the game?
Did you enter the code from the back of the manual?
Did you double-check that you did not perform a typo?
