^this kind of thinking killed the game for me.

It happened in MGO, where they nerfed CQC, because the "pros" thought it was noobish. Guess what? Nobody used it after that.

Then the community got what they wanted: instant head shots with M4 custom only. If you used anything else, they would kick you out of the lobby.

So variety, much fun.

It wasn't needed but it also shouldn't have been a kickback weapon. Maybe lowering the ammo would have been better but either way each to his own. I'm just saying the gun isn't useless people just have to know when to aim it & when not to. And no it shouldn't go back to 10 points.

Well I'm never one to really go after a Power weapon only ever pick them up if I see them lying around & no team mate is around so I tend to empty them & move on. SAS in UC3 isn't terrible the nerf did hurt the gun but all guns got affected across the board It wasn't solely singled out. The gun is still quite powerful though or has it changed since I last played Smiley Indifferent

@layan Spyder's M9 is stupid. Nobody follows call-out, and Max Ammo is negligible if you can't finish a clip before you get killed by someone. Hell, I went on a direct gunfight with a Spyder's M9 and won. With a goddamn Raffica.


The literal only reason you're upset about gold guns is free RoF, right? Everything else is good? If we were to make RoF a level-based, purchasable mod in the golden M9, it's a done problem, right?

@Layan...what's the difference between a rank 19 using ROF or a 1??

 

It takes weeks to figure out how to be decent in this game and a newbie just starting out and using a gold M9 with ROF is still going 2-13. 

 

Heck you could give them the M4 from uncharted 2 and they'd still go 2-13

@GDunKK M9's Rate of Fire mod is unlocked at level 43. Newbies using it isn't a problem, half of them are unaware it's even there (probably stopped scrolling down the page when they saw everything else was locked). The real issue, are the alt accounts using it. It's an extra edge that helps statpadders noob stomp as soon as they create their new account... Not to mention having super powered low level alts ruins the already terrible team balancing.

Yeah I see RoF being used pretty much every game now. Usually by multiple people. It's been more frequent since the gold guns were introduced.
