it actually depends. If they're the host (which is a 25 - 50% chance) then yes. That or if they leave round 1 you lose everything, but anything round 2 or further you keep.

I can confirm you keep it, I just completed the Ritual set and them noobs ragequitted

I got kicked out and when I checked it was there, along with the item it should unlock. It also counted towards trophy progress.
