If UC4 is ever made (I'm hoping it will be ), I think it would be cool to have the same sniping mechanics as in UC2. It's one of my favourite features in UC2, and the sniping system in UC3 left a bit to be desired (sticky aim assist). Would anyone else like to see this in UC4?
I know some people feel that this system is kind of OP, but we should remember that the Dragon's rate of fire was much slower in UC2, and there was a noticeable delay: once you shot a bullet, you had to wait about 1 second to be able to shoot again.

I would like to see this in UC4, also the dragon in UC2 had a slower fire rate since it had a one shot kill potential around the body.

YES YES PLEASE OH YES. I love sniping but I despise the aim assist in UC3. I'd rather no aim assist at all. Seriously.
Uncharted 2's aim assist was perfect, but I don't really like the "over the shoulder" aiming option. I like how in UC3 you go straight to the scope.

I completely agree on the auto-aim issue!
I just can't understand why there's so much auto-aim. Why design an aiming system where it takes more effort fighting for control over your gun, than it does to take down an enemy.
UC2 sniper aiming was perfection. Complete control to the player and if you had good aim, then you were rewarded for it.
Straight to scope in UC3 was a good idea though.
