i went to gamestop to get a refund and they told me since the game is not sealed they can only give me partial credit. What should i do? I haven't been able to play the game for a week now....

Yeah, I couldn't agree more. You invite people to your company to view a fix for aiming, and people not being able to even load the game is less important?!?!?

 

Sony was no help either, even though they confirmed there was nothing wrong with my system, they still did nothing about it.

I've been trying to load U3 for about the last 7 hours and not once have i got past the loading screen. First thing tomorrow i'll be getting intouch with the ITC to make sure that sony won't be able to put the add on tv that shows U3, because they're trying to advertise faulty goods in breach of trading standards and the sale of goods act. I'm going to work my hardest to make sure sony and ND lose alot of money over this fiasco.

I have already, but thanks for the info. I have contacted them via Twitter, via Facebook, via email and also Sony. Still not one response and Sony has basically wiped their hands of the situation.

Just like to add myself to the dissenting voices.

Cutscenes sound started skipping around Chapter 20 and now I'm at Chapter 22 a cutscene has slowed down to unviewable levels.

I have a UK copy and I have a 320GB Slim with the latest firmware. PLEASE at least make a comment about this issue Naughty Dog.
