Uncharted Monopoly

16 replies 951 views Edited Sep 19, 2013

I know what you're thinking. Not another Monopoly thread.

But if we were to create an Uncharted version of Monopoly, what would it look like?

  • What would the game pieces be? Phurba dagger. Drake's ring. What else?
  • Boardwalk and Park Place would be...???
  • In place of four railroads, we would have...???
  • "Free Parking" would be "Free to Play" (and you'd have to watch an ad every time you landed on it).

What else?

Optional multiplayer-related bonus question so this thread doesn't get moved:

What are your favorite places to camp with the idol during Treasure Hunter rounds of Team Objective? You know, during those times when you want to MONOPOLIZE the idol?

I guess you don't know what I'm thinking, because I've never seen a monopoly thread before, and to be honest, I don't really care either Smiley Tongue

Lovely idea but sadly majority of people have stopped playing board game.

Times have changed drastically.

I remember the days where I used to play board games and visit the library and read, but nowadays it's all digital.

1. The pieces could be dagger, ring, coin, gun and jeep.
2. You realize we'd have to change EVERY place on the board, right? Drake didn't go to Baltic Avenue. Boardwalk can be Ubar and Park Place could be wherever the Tree of life was (final boss places).
3. Hm, tricky. I'm thinking UC3 subway names, but cutter only mentioned two (King's Cross, North Atwood).
4. Wait, *online* monopoly? Online board game? What?

Box art is the UC3 board game from TLOU.

Also if this doesn't work there's Monopoly Deal.

I played Monopoly some days ago.

Just like how I remember Monopoly, it also ended in a REALLY heated argument about how fair it is to have a hotel when others don't.

Actually, I never got to actually finish a Monopoly game. Someone always quits.

Same here. It gets too boring towards the end to carry on.

I used to ALWAYS cheat on Monopoly back in the day. I always knew when we'll play, so I used to steal a few of the £500 notes and hide em.

Later during the game I used to break my £500 for some "change" every now and then and no one suspected a thing mwahahaha
