There really is no "best" 2nd slot booster. Depends on what mode you're playing

Back in the Saddle is really helpful for Team Objective and Plunder.

Otherwise, Bargain and Daredevil are probably the most helpful. Monkey Man is also pretty useful and is one of my main boosters for slot 2.

when you take off monkey man, you realize how slooooooooooooooooowwww you normally climb!

and team safe is great to avoid kicks, revenge nades(especially ur teammates since now they won't affect you at all), and any explosion in general.

D'oh. Forgot about Team Safe despite the fact that I use it a lot (Or at least used to use it a lot before all the extra Legacies and getting reset).

I disagree daredevil is not very helpful. Militia man is better for getting ammo and considering the new extremely long taunts it is very dangerous just for a clip of ammo

Militia Man does not give you that much ammo. Daredevil at Silver gives you a clip and a grenade, and Daredevil at Gold gives you two clips of ammo + a grenade which is far superior to Militia Man or Ammo Award and allows you to use a much better kickback than Militia Man. Also greatly assists with Quick Boom and prevents you from having to switch to a different gun because you ran out of ammo and helps a lot when going for Rampants and the like.

Also, you shouldn't be using a long taunt if you're using Daredevil in the first place.
